Information required:
Your Message for the Bubble. 10 words max.
Your Message for the gift tag. 15 words max.
Your required pick up / delivery date of the completed bubble.
If you have a gift you're supplying for a Bubble, simply drop your items off a minimum of 3-4 days before your required pick up / delivery date.
If you require items to be purchased on your behalf, please allow an extra few days (this includes flower bouquets/wreaths etc).
The finer details will be discussed with you such as colours, style etc.

All Bubbles come complete with a hand painted gift box base, a gift tag, and trimmings.
I kindly ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit upon confirmation of all orders. And the remaining amount due prior to collection/delivery.

Please note once the balloons have been delivered we no longer take responsibility of the care and lifespan of the Bubbles.
To keep your balloon bubbles looking good for as long as possible,
please follow the steps below:
-Keep balloon bubbles away from direct sunlight and warm places.
-Avoid low temperatures too, balloon bubbles prefer to be in comfortable room temperatures.
-The Bubble may change size in different temperatures, there is no avoiding this and it may effect how long the Bubble lasts for.
-Please handle them with care as they are delicate.
-Make sure balloon bubbles are not displayed near any sharp objects, corners or edges as they can puncture easily and will deflate.
- Do not leave balloons in cars for extended periods, especially overnight, as temperatures can fluctuate.
If you follow the care guidelines your balloon bubble can last anywhere from a few days to a few months.
The writing will wrinkle slightly as the balloon bubble slowly reduces in size, this is part of the natural "ageing process" and cannot be avoided.
The balloon bubbles are made in a warm environment. The size of them fluctuates with changes of temperature. You may notice your bubble changes in size when relocating it to its new home.
There is no avoiding this and it may effect how long the Bubble lasts for. If this is the case you can give it some time to resettle then retie the ribbon at the top to suit.
Please be mindful of the environment.
When you are finished with your Bubble balloon, they can be carefully cut open to release the air inside. Continue cutting down the side to take out the gift.
Please dispose of the cut Bubble balloon in the red rubbish, and feel free to up cycle the gift box and trimmings as you desire.

All balloons are checked for quality before delivery / pick up.
Please note once the balloons have been delivered we no longer take responsibility of the care and lifespan of the Bubbles.
If the balloons are damaged by a third party or the customer, Bubble Atelier reserves the right to take no responsibility for this and are not liable for any costs. If the customer would like a replacement balloon the cost will be paid for by the customer.
The customer must carefully read the information section of the website with the care guidelines outlined.

We offer delivery within Christchurch City for $12.00NZD.
Please enquire about deliveries to rural areas outside of Christchurch City for availability and pricing.
Unfortunately we cannot offer courier services around New Zealand due to the costs and unforeseeable outcomes of a Bubble in an aircraft or courier truck.
We reserve the right to adjust the price for delivery. Especially if the distance to drive is further then our standard distance.
