Your Message for the Bubble. 10 words max.
Your Message for the gift tag. 15 words max.
Your required pick up / delivery date of the completed bubble.
If you have a gift you're supplying for a Bubble, simply drop your items off a minimum of 3-4 days before your required pick up / delivery date.
If you require items to be purchased on your behalf, please allow an extra few days (this includes flower bouquets/wreaths etc).
The finer details will be discussed with you such as colours, style etc.

All Bubbles come complete with a hand painted gift box base, a gift tag, and trimmings.
I kindly ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit upon confirmation of all orders. And the remaining amount due prior to collection/delivery.
All balloons are checked for quality before delivery / pick up.
Please note once the balloons have been delivered we no longer take responsibility of the care and lifespan of the Bubbles.
If the balloons are damaged by a third party or the customer, Bubble Atelier reserves the right to take no responsibility for this and are not liable for any costs. If the customer would like a replacement balloon the cost will be paid for by the customer.
The customer must carefully read the information section of the website with the care guidelines outlined.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery times are between Monday - Friday. 9:30am - 2pm. Excluding public holidays. The required delivery date is to be confirmed by the customer upon confirmation of their order.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
We offer delivery within Christchurch City for $12.00NZD. Please enquire about deliveries to rural areas outside of Christchurch City for availability and pricing.
Unfortunately we cannot offer courier services around New Zealand due to the costs and unforeseeable outcomes of a Bubble in an aircraft or courier truck.
We reserve the right to adjust the price for delivery at any time without any notice. Especially if the distance to drive is further then our standard distance.
1. No refunds are available for cancellation of goods once balloons have been inflated or inflated balloons have been dispatched. A change of mind once the balloons have been inflated has no refunds policy as we are unable to reuse any of the materials.
2. In the unlikely event that you feel we have not provided the gift that you have ordered, we will investigate the circumstances and if required, a partial refund or credit may be duly issued.
3. Once balloons have been delivered, we will deem that the balloons are accepted as-is condition and no refunds will be issued It is your responsibility for the balloons once they are collected. If we are delivering the balloons and there is a problem, we will make sure it is replaced.
4. We DO NOT REFUND if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
5. We will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced after a successful delivery.
6. You are not entitled to a refund if we are unable to deliver your order due to being supplied with an incorrect address or being unable to access a secure property.
